How to Change Your KP Password
Purpose:
This is a step-by-step guide for changing your KP Password. This password change ONLY affects your Office 365 applications and Login.
If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t reset it. Please contact the Service Desk at support@kellerpostman.com.
- On your keyboard, tap and hold these keys “CTRL + Alt + Delete”
- Click “Change Password”
- This will open a window in Chrome
- Complete the Two-Factor Authentication prompt and login
- A “Change your Password” will appear
- Enter in your new password and you’re all set!
