Keller Postman utilizes "Microsoft Teams" as our primary collaboration application. "Teams" is a part of the Microsoft 365 family of products and, therefore, offers the best seamless integration for all of the firm's workspace chat and video conferencing, & file storage.
"Teams" can be accessed via Desktop Application and Mobile Application. The I.T department preinstalls the desktop version, but if you would like to access "Teams" on your mobile device via IOS/Android, please see the QR Code below:

For Preventive Maintenance purposes, Keller Postman suggests that users clear their "Teams" local cache every few months.
Steps on how to do so are below:
1. Close Teams
2. Open your File Explorer window
3. Paste: C:\Users\userprofile\AppData\Local\Packages in the URL
4. Look for folder "MsTeams_xxxxxxxx"
5. Delete the content of the folder and then restart the Teams
