Keller Postman provides staff with either a desk telephone, a software-based phone on your computer, or both in some cases. 


Desk Telephone Information


For inter-office calls, dial the last four digits of the phone number belonging to the individual you're trying to reach. The Firm Directory can be found here.


To dial an outside line, dial 1+Area Code+Number.


Voicemail is automatically delivered to your Outlook inbox via an email attachment. The email subject line will be: New message 1 in mailbox. Double click the WAV file to play back the message.


To set up your voicemail greeting on a desk phone


  • Dial *123
  • Enter Voicemail PIN. Default Voicemail PIN is 2860
  • Press 0” mailbox option
  • Press 1 to record your unavailable message 
  • Press 2 to record your busy message 
  • Press 3 to record your name (Recording your name will reflect on the company directory) 
  • Press 4 to Manage your temporary greeting (once active it will override current message) 
    • Press 1 Record your temporary message 
    • Press 2 Erase your temporary message (goes back to the standard message) 
    • Press 5 change pin 
    • * return to main menu 


S-Net Connect Soft Phone App


The S-Net Connect soft phone app is installed on your computer. It replicates your desk phone. Use it when you're away from the office, but need to dial out from your desk phone number.

CX-One Soft Phone App for Nice InContact
