  • KP staff will NEVER ask for any monetary transfer.
  • ALWAYS pay close attention to the email address of the sender.
  • NEVER enter your KP Microsoft username and password into any links you receive in an email.
  • If you receive an email that you WERE NOT EXPECTING or the email looks suspicious, please click the Phish Alert Report icon or forward the email to IT at support@kellerpostman.com BEFORE interacting with the email.
  • KP IT Service Desk will send monthly automated phishing tests similar to the email below.
